East Timor President Jose Ramos-Horta and Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama arrive prior to their meeting at Hatoyama's official residence March 16, 2010 in Tokyo, Japan.
During his visit Ramos-Horta insisted that Indonesia needs to apologize for its 24-year occupation of East Timor even if relations between the neighbors have improved.
